25 years - that's more than just a number
They are memories of many shared moments, chaos, food, game nights, working into the night, fun, important decisions, challenges, innovations, countless bug fixes and, above all, the people who have accompanied us on this journey.
This was no ordinary event
It was precisely this interaction that we celebrated on this evening, with all our customers, partners, employees, friends and families, who together created an unforgettable experience.
Clear the stage for our founders, good music and lots of emotions
One of the highlights was the interview with our three founders: Kerstin Horst, Matthias Horst, who everyone calls Hübi, and Michael Ernst, known as Uehl. On this evening, we finally learnt from him how this creative nickname came about in the first place.
They told us about the first courageous steps, successes, journeys and the moments in which a small idea became the company Genius Bytes. In their stories, everyone present could feel how much passion, joy, courage and above all friendship these 25 years of Genius Bytes have brought with them.
When it comes to friendship, Manuel Dobrick should not go unmentioned: Hübi's best friend. He has been managing the company for over a year now and has optimised the existing structures, modernised internal processes and provided decisive impetus for the further development of the company. The topics of transparency and internal and external communication are particularly close to his heart and we feel this in our day-to-day work.
Into the night
Great live bands and a DJ provided the musical accompaniment for the evening and drew us to the dance floor. The catering offered a varied selection of dishes and thus provided for our physical well-being. Our photographer was always in the thick of things and captured the wonderful atmosphere.
The evening was filled with good humour, laughter, new encounters and exciting conversations.
This event shows what Genius Bytes stands for: technology, team spirit, trust and a lot of togetherness.
