As a silver partner of Genius Bytes, Office Products Zeitler GmbH has certified expertise in integrating the Genius software platform. This partnership enables Zeitler to strategically solve the challenges of heterogeneous device fleets („mixed-device environments“). Based on the Genius MFP platform, Zeitler implements a manufacturer-independent and standardised user interface. Customers thus benefit from a standardised user interface, regardless of whether their fleet consists of the HP systems focused on by Zeitler or devices from other manufacturers such as Canon, Ricoh or Kyocera.
Controlled by the central Genius server, Zeitler creates secure, cross-location pull printing solutions that ensure data protection in accordance with GDPR requirements. At the same time, the integrated accounting module provides precise, user- and cost centre-specific consumption billing, thereby creating the cost transparency demanded by customers.
