360Grad Solutions GmbH, based in Wetzikon, is Genius Bytes' strategic partner for the Swiss market as a general agent. With over 20 years of experience, 360Grad Solutions is the leading specialist for the evaluation, integration and support of manufacturer-independent print and scan solutions.
As an expert in heterogeneous system landscapes, 360Grad Solutions uses the Genius Bytes platform to consolidate grown, mixed MFP fleets. The implementation of Genius MFP creates a uniform, intuitive user interface for all device brands, enabling secure pull printing and standardised scanning processes throughout the company.
The expertise of 360Grad Solutions includes the design and implementation of highly available enterprise architectures. WAN-optimised environments are implemented for multi-site Swiss companies using Genius Server Clusters, zone models (for local data caching) and Genius Relay Servers (for connecting sites with lower bandwidth).
360Grad Solutions also relies on modern client architectures to reduce the burden on the IT infrastructure. The „print server-less“ function of the Genius PC Client eliminates the need to operate local print servers in branch offices, which significantly reduces infrastructure costs and at the same time increases data security through HTTP(S)-based print job transmission.
The result is centrally controlled, highly available and audit-proof information flows that reduce process costs, ensure compliance and sustainably relieve the burden on customers' IT departments.

Swiss companies are faced with the dual challenge of managing heterogeneous MFP landscapes and simultaneously driving forward the digitalisation of business processes. 360Grad Solutions meets these challenges with the Genius Bytes platform as a central, manufacturer-independent nervous system.
In a first phase, secure pull printing and centralised device management will be used to consolidate and secure printing processes across all brands and make costs transparent. In a second phase, the same platform becomes a digitalisation interface: 360Grad Solutions uses Genius MFP technology as an „on-ramp“ to transfer documents directly to cloud destinations such as SharePoint and to automate complex workflows - from invoice verification to HR processes - using Genius BPM.
