Two days of intensive dialogue, strategic insights and innovative solutions: This year's Genius Bytes Partner Day was all about the future challenges in IT infrastructure and digital document management. We can look back on an inspiring and informative event that impressively confirmed the value of our partner network.A

Practical solutions for complex requirements
The focus was on practical solutions that support companies in strengthening their digital sovereignty. We presented insights into the development roadmap and used live demos from the cloud to demonstrate how our core products (see Genius Server, Genius MFP) manage complex, distributed IT architectures - across LAN and WAN links - securely and efficiently.
Best practices for installation documentation and IT security (see also our Guide to IT security & data protection) showed concrete ways to reduce administrative costs and strengthen system resilience.
Focus on DMS and AI-supported automation
A key pain point for many companies is managing growing, unstructured data volumes while at the same time meeting compliance requirements. The market survey on the integration of an in-house document management system (DMS) into the Genius Bytes product family confirmed this urgent need.
Our vision of a deeply integrated DMS will enable users to break down information silos and efficiently master compliance requirements (see GDPR guidelines).
In direct interaction, we demonstrated the performance of our new Paperless Office Platform. This utilises AI functions to intelligently automate manual, paper-based processes - which are often a source of inefficiency and media disruption. Our participants were able to experience live how Genius BPM (Business Process Management) acts as a driver of digitalisation.
Valuable networking in a constructive atmosphere
Strategic dialogue also requires an atmosphere of trust. Intensive networking took place over dinner together and a partnership competition. These discussions away from the agenda are essential in order to understand individual requirements and strengthen cooperation. The atmosphere was constructive, open and emphasised the human aspect that characterises our network.
The second day deepened this approach. In specialised sessions, technical questions were answered in detail and impulses for new sales strategies were provided. A joint FAQ and a wrap-up summarised the key results. The obligatory ice cream for all participants was a welcome way to cool down in the summer temperatures.
We would like to thank all our partners and the colleagues involved for making this event such a valuable experience.
We look forward to the Partner Day 2026.
