Genius BPM – Automated document processing
With a special module, analog data can be converted to digital. The quality of the recognized and extracted data can be improved by an appropriate training mode.
The data sources can be diverse.
In contrast to other solutions, we can process the collected data ourselves (e.g. a downstream approval process or similar) or transfer it to third systems via interfaces or hot folders. Of course, appropriate combinations of these are also possible.
The best-known example is probably the automatic processing of incoming invoices. We would like to present this to you here as well. As always, such a process is analyzed together with you first and implemented according to your requirements.
