The Imagus Standard is a device embedded solution that turns yourdevice into a "smart" client without the need to install any server software or architecture.
The customizable user interface supports multiple languages. Your employees work in a consistent and CI complying surrounding, while you prevent user errors through predefined functionalities and actions. For example scanned documents are transformed giving a standardized setting and sendby the press of just one button to specified locations, like:
- ftp servers
- mail servers
- personal e-mail addresses
- fax servers
- folders, group folders/ Hot folders
- and many more
Imagus Std. allows you to take advantage of existing infrastructures such as central company directories through LDAP or SLDAP search and uses SMTP authentication before dispatching e-mails to a corresponding server. And if the Machine is not working or supplies are empty, you may directly send an e-mail to inform a technician to assist you.
